We offer fast and reliable shipping from our U.S.-based warehouse.

Shipping Rates & Options

We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $29.99.

Orders under $29.99 will have shipping calculated at checkout.

At checkout, customers may choose:

• Standard Shipping (free on qualifying orders)

• Expedited Shipping (additional fee applies)

Processing & Delivery

Most orders are processed within 1 business day after cleared payment, excluding weekends and holidays.

Standard delivery typically arrives within 3–6 business days after shipment.Expedited delivery times are shown at checkout based on destination and service availability.

Tracking information will be provided once the order ships.Some orders may be fulfilled in multiple packages.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all continental U.S. addresses, including PO Boxes.

We do not ship to:

• Alaska and Hawaii

• U.S. Protectorates (such as Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands)

• APO / FPO / DPO addresses

Important Notes

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier operations, weather, or peak seasons.

Shipping fees, when charged, are non-refundable.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, refused deliveries, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Local Pickup (Ontario, California)

Free local pickup is available at our Ontario, California warehouse.

Pickup must be arranged in advance.

Our store is open daily from 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM.

We welcome both retail and wholesale customers for in-store purchases and pickup.
