At PeakUp Outlet, most items are closeouts, liquidation, or limited-quantity deals.
All sales are generally final to maintain the lowest possible prices.

We will take care of you if your item:
arrives damaged
is defective
is incorrect
is not as described
In many cases, we may offer a replacement or refund without requiring a return

We do not accept returns for:
buyer’s remorse / changed mind
wrong size / no longer needed
opened or used personal items
clearance / closeout items
For Parts / As-Is products
wholesale, pallet, or bulk purchases
Timeframes
Local Pickup: report within 7 days
Shipped Orders: report within 7 days of delivery
Approved returns must be shipped back within 7 days
